CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (OTHER BRAND)

MAAS Edtech is seeking a professional and passionate Customer Service Executive to join our MAAS Team.

BASE SALARY RANGE (MIN)​: 6,000,000 VND

BASE SALARY RANGE (MAX)​: 8,000,000 VND

OFFICIAL INCOME: up to 10,000,000 VND

NUMBER OF VACANCIES: ​1

WORKING TIME: 5 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend. (OFF 2 days a week)

8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Mon-Fri: Working at Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, Dist.2, HCM city

 Weekend: Working at home. You need your own laptop to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any questions or issues customers may have via hotline, email, and social accounts;
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requests and confirm orders;
  • Handle customers’ complaints about services;
  • Understand the company’s service packages in order to advise customers effectively;
  • Follow-up and control the order status;
  • Dealing with orders as per company policies, and procedures with customers;
  • Receive and input orders into the system;
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service even when you are not in working hours
  • Work closely with the Order control department to operate orders successfully according to the deadline;
  • Collect customer data, feedback, and input into records;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate lives in Ho Chi Minh City and can work 6 days a week
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing is preferred;
  • From 01-year experience in Sales, CS is preferred;
  • Ability to respond ;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Be able to read and write emails in English;
  • Teamwork

  • Monthly income up to 10,000,000 VND, including:

+ Base salary: 6.000.000 VND – 8.000.000 VND 

           + Incentive for reaching KPIs: 1.000.000 VND – 2.000.000 VND

  • Meal allowance: 30,000 VND/ full day.
  • Parking allowance:12,000 VND/ full day.
  • 13th-month salary bonus.
  • Annual business bonus if the team meets the yearly target.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS 

After receiving your CV, we will take it into consideration thoroughly. If your background and experience meet the requirements, HR will contact you and arrange an interview schedule.

There are 2 rounds of interviews as follows:

  • The 1st round: You will be interviewed by the HRM and Business Development Executive within 30 minutes. After that, there will be a test in order to assess your skills.
  • The 2nd round: You will discuss more details about the job with the CEO and COO within 30 minutes.
