BASE SALARY RANGE (MIN): 8,000,000 VND
BASE SALARY RANGE (MAX): Negotiable
OFFICIAL INCOME: up to 13,000,000 VND
NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 2
WORKING TIME: 8-hour rotating working shifts
- 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Day Shift – Working at Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, Dist.2, HCM city)
- 4.30 PM – 12.00 AM (Night Shift or Weekend – Working Online from Home)
You will work in rotating shifts with your colleagues and have 1 day off per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any questions or issues customers may have via hotline, email, and social accounts.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requests and confirm orders;
- Handle customers’ complaints about services;
- Understand the company’s service packages in order to advise customers effectively;
- Follow-up and control the order status;
- Dealing with orders as per company policies, and procedures with customers;
- Receive and input orders into the system;
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
- Work closely with the Order control department to operate orders successfully according to the deadline;
- Collect customer data, feedback, and input into records;
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
- 01-year experience in Sales, CS is preferred;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Be able to read and write emails in English;
- Teamwork
