The primary role of a Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible for working closely with the internal marketing team to increase SEO traffic, digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions. The main goal is to reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and services.

BASE SALARY RANGE (MIN): 6,000,000 VND
BASE SALARY RANGE (MAX): 8,000,000 VND
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales (30%)
- Find potential customers and lead generation;
Marketing (50%)
- Assist Marketing team in developing SEO traffic website;
- Develop a multi-channel content strategy/ plan which targets different customer segments;
- Quick to adapt new trends to brand social posts;
- Assist with promotion campaigns;
- Create email marketing campaigns;
- Support and research information in English;
Other (20%)
- Draft report and presentation as required by the Marketing leader;
- Doing other marketing activities/tasks as required by the Marketing leader;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 months experience in the marketing field as Interns or full-time staff;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field;
- Be able to read and write emails in English (TOEIC 700 – IELTS 5.5);
- Experience in SEO optimization and keyword research;
- Experience working with different channels (blogs, social media, video, online advertising, etc.);
- Understand the online advertising landscape;
- Market research experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The size of the team: 5 young members aged 9x.
