SALES MANAGER

As a Sales Manager, you will lead our team to achieve the company goals following seasonal and regional targets that foster business growth.

An ideal candidate will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and partners. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to foster our long-term business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Strategy Planning

  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships;
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets;
  • Formulate and recommend plans, policies, and objectives for sales activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets.
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration;
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company;
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, and presentations.
  • Work closely with Marketing Team in coming up with social media plans/ campaigns;

Sale Team Leading

  • Oversee sale and customer service performance and implement best practices;
  • Integrate and leverage search, analytics, and reporting insights to formulate sales strategies;. 
  • Monitor competitors and analyze the effectiveness of strategies and tactics they employ;
  • Monitor and analyze Sale performance data to develop actionable insights that can be measured and reported;
  • Ability to create & refine new approach to better attract different audience;
  • Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty;
  • Provide coaching and counseling to team members and motivate them to achieve the company’s goals;
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities/performance of the sales team to give advice and recommendations for better output.

CORE COMPETENCES 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields:
  • Minimum 5-year experience in business development, management, customer service, marketing, or related fields (with at least 2 years in management roles)
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of salespeople;
  • Have experience in sales system is a forte;
  • Strong communication;
  • Proven ability to negotiate;
  • Highly Proficient in English – IELTS English certificate is strongly preferred;
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems;
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events;
  • Excellent time management and organization;
  • Strong skills in Planning, Analytics, Report, Performance Measurement & Improvement suggestions by reporting skills;
  • Comfort in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
