The Digital Marketing Executive is the key person in charge of executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimisation process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms.
The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by company such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Propose and help implement marketing programs and promotional campaigns
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (IG, Facebook, Tiktok etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, IG etc. to increase company, brand awareness, and increase customer conversion rate
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Other duties and projects as assigned Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, and email/CRM software
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience in proactively managing a digital presence within an organization, preferably a commercial entity, including: Social Media Advertising; Email Marketing (Mailchimp etc) o SEO; Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking Creative problem solver, passionate about winning and achieving results.


  • Negotiable salary; income: VND 15,000,000 – VND 17,000,000, including basic salary + monthly incentive;
  • 13th-month salary bonus;
  • Parking and meal allowance;
  • Monthly performance;
  • 13 annual leaves/year;
  • Insurance in accordance with the Labor Law.

Workplace: Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, 19 To Huu, An Khanh ward, Dist.2, HCM city

Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (WFH on Friday)
