As a Business Development Executive, you will play the key point of contact between the company and clients: searching for clients, building relationships with new clients, answering queries, and introducing services with the aim of expanding business.

JOB LEVEL: Junior
JOB ROLE: Business Development Executive
WORKPLACE: Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
INCOME RANGE: 10,000,000 VND – 15,000,000 VND
WORKING TIME: 8:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact potential customers to inform them about services;
- Answer customers’ questions to understand their requirements;
- Introduce the company’s services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media;
- Enter and update customer information in the database;
- Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities;
- Develop, build, and manage a client database through social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram,…
- Closely work with the customer services team to achieve better results;
- Improve the existing network of collaborators continuously and supervise its operation;
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers;
- Execute plans to develop potential markets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, BD or customer service is preferred;
- Fluent in English (especially reading and writing) – IELTS English certificate is strongly preferred;
- Good at MS office;
- Self-motivated;
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written;
- Commercial awareness;
- Have a laptop.
